He conducted the sale of our car with the utmost professionalism. No haggling over price as our car was as described on the Motorway site, there is no point in giving false impressions.     From the initial point of contact through to the final purchase was great.

    Jamie was very detailed in his appraisal of the car in the video that I had requested. This allowed me to be able to assess correctly before deciding on the purchase. I am based in the north of Scotland over 600 miles from the dealership in Kent and the email/phone service was second to none. I travelled down via plane, train then Jamie came to pick me up at the final station.

    The Car that I purchased looked even better in person and the quality of the valet carried out was also very high quality.

    I have just travelled the 660-mile journey home with the car and it never missed a beat(early days yet). But I feel confident that the car bought will match the service provided and certainly would consider using them again.

    I certainly would not put anyone off from travelling to these guys for a purchase.

No silliness like making you wait for ages while they "talk to the Sales Manager" etc. The car I wanted was under offer when I visited, so I was unable to test drive it, however, I was left alone to look over the car while my part exchange was appraised.
     
    Jamie was very pleasant and kept in touch during the whole transaction. The handover was done efficiently and with a minimum of fuss.
