We were the first to call to view the car the day after it went on to Auto Trader. It was in immaculate condition so I have no doubt there were other buyers keen to outbid us, but this was never a consideration. Josh made it clear that we had first option and no one else could even view the car until we had exercised our option. Trade in was simple and painless. We were given an estimate over the phone and Josh had no hesitation in increasing the value on inspection. There was no haggling involved. The purchase car was well priced and the trade in value fair. Your Best Car were very easy to deal with throughout the process. They were friendly, helpful and relaxed. No pressure selling here. Phone communication was excellent and all queries were resolved quickly. On taking delivery of the car, Josh was extremely patient in talking us through the car features and making sure we were completely happy before leaving. We cannot recommend Your Best Car highly enough.
